Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Goor Moshe, operating as Goor-AI ("I", "me" or "my"), handles personal information through ai-goor.com, tools.ai-goor.com, my forms, free resources, community, courses, workshops and direct communications.

Information I may collect

The information depends on how you interact with me. It can include:

• your name, email address, company, role and other contact information you choose to provide;
• your answers to forms, messages, booking requests, workshop questions and information about the work or business problem you want help with;
• course, community or workshop information needed to give you access and support you; and
• basic technical information generated when you use a website or service, such as browser, device, IP address and security logs, which may be processed by the hosting or platform provider; and
• anonymous usage information from Google Analytics, such as page visits, general traffic source and button interactions. I do not send the content of your Workflow Mapper answers to Google Analytics.

Browser-only tools

Some tools, including the Workflow Mapper, keep progress in your own browser using local storage. I do not receive, record or store the workflow information you enter into those tools. Google Analytics measures anonymous visits and button interactions, but it does not receive the answers inside your map. You can remove local browser data by clearing the tool or your browser storage, and you can save your own copy using the tool's download option.

How I use information

I use information only to provide and improve the things you have asked for. That may include delivering a resource, replying to an enquiry, arranging a call or workshop, giving access to a course or community, sending updates you requested, and understanding what resources or support would be useful.

Where applicable, I rely on your consent, the steps needed to provide a requested service, or my legitimate interest in running and improving Goor-AI responsibly. You can opt out of non-essential email updates at any time.

When information is shared

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I use service providers only where needed to operate the site and provide what you request. Depending on the service, these can include website hosting, Google Analytics, Tally for forms, Google services for file delivery, Skool for the community and course, scheduling or video-call services, and email providers.

Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms and may operate internationally. I do not give them your information for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

How long I keep information

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for: for example, to deliver a resource, reply to you, support an active course or workshop relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a problem. I then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, object to a use of it, or withdraw consent for optional communications. You may also have other rights under the data-protection law that applies where you live. To make a request, email me at the address below. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Security

I take reasonable steps to keep information secure and limit access to what is needed to run the business. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send highly sensitive personal, financial or client information through a public form unless it is genuinely necessary.

Children

My website, tools, community and services are intended for adults and are not designed for children.

I may update this policy when the services or tools I use change. The latest version will always be published at this address with its updated date.
