Meet Goor privacy notice

Meet Goor is operated by Goor Moshe at tools.ai-goor.com. This notice covers the booking application and its private reporting dashboard.

Information used

When someone books, the application records the information they submit, including their name, email address, selected session and time zone. It uses that information to arrange the session and send booking messages.

Google sign-in supplies the owner’s account identity so the application can restrict access to private controls. With the owner’s permission, the application reads calendar availability and creates or updates booking events; reads Google Analytics reports about website visits and recorded actions; and reads YouTube channel information, video information and performance reports. YouTube reports include viewing, engagement, subscriber changes and aggregate audience information. They do not identify individual viewers.

Purpose and access

This information supports bookings, calendar coordination and the owner’s business reporting. Booking details are shared with the relevant calendar and email services to arrange sessions. Private reports are available to the owner and service providers or people authorized to operate or support the system for these purposes.

The application uses Google’s APIs and runs on Hostinger. Google and hosting or email providers process information needed to deliver their services. The application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and controls

Connection credentials are encrypted on the server. YouTube uses separate stored credentials from the Calendar and website-reporting connection. The application saves imported reports so the owner can view historical performance without making a new Google request on every page visit. Access to private controls requires owner sign-in.

Saved reports and booking records are retained for their operational and reporting purposes until removed. Disconnecting Google access stops future authorized imports but does not automatically erase reports already saved. The owner can revoke the app’s access in their Google Account connections settings. Backup copies may remain until the hosting backup cycle replaces them, and records may be retained where legally required.
