The Workflow Mapper guides you through documenting a process and provides an editable workflow, progress file and prompt for use with your chosen AI. It does not automatically build agents, improve a process or generate the diagram itself. The Marketing Research Prompt Builder emails a personalised prompt. Your chosen AI performs the research; the tool itself does not deliver verified research, a completed action plan, leads or a revenue result.
Use an email you control. Only provide business material you are entitled to use. Do not enter passwords, financial credentials, sensitive employee information or confidential client data. Your business content remains yours. You permit the processing needed to deliver the resource and provide reuse as described in the privacy notice. Optional internal research and newsletter choices remain separate.
Workflow Mapper answers remain on your device. Save a progress file before clearing browser data or moving devices. Marketing research submissions are stored privately and can be retrieved after email verification. Remembered-browser access is intended for your own device; use Forget this browser on a shared device. Do not share access links or try to access another person's information.
External AI services have their own access requirements, charges, terms and privacy settings. They may lack browsing, fail to open sources or produce incorrect claims. Check sources and conclusions before acting. These tools and AI outputs are general business aids, not personalised legal, financial, employment or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and any material you publish.
The tools are currently free. Email and access requests may be rate-limited to prevent abuse. Features can change and availability is not guaranteed. Do not spam, submit unlawful content, bypass security or interfere with the service. Keep your own copies of work you need.
